Truck Delivery Items Truck items are delivered by truck delivery service, as indicated in the "Shipping Information" section on the product detail page. You are responsible for removing the items off the back of the truck to your home.
Truck deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. A delivery agent will call you to schedule your delivery. A responsible party, over 18 years of age, must be present to take delivery and sign for the shipment.
Rural delivery is available; however we are only able to deliver to properties with a physical address.
To make buying from us simple, shipping and handling within the contiguous U.S. (UPS ground or L.T.L. carrier) is free of charge on orders. Please note that you may elect to pay additional charges for items taken off the truck and/or to your door. If you need faster delivery, you can arrange for overnight or second day delivery. International orders please allow additional days for delivery. Many products are ready to ship within two days of your order, while others are manufactured when you place the order. Most products ship UPS or FedEx. Items shipped freight (L.T.L. carrier) are delivered to curbside or driveway only; for any additional delivery needs, please contact us at

Product Warranty
This product carries a 30 day warranty against defects, excluding fabric wear and colorfastness. If you have specific questions about this product’s guarantee, please contact our Customer Service department.
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange this item, please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in unused, new and resalable condition and in their original packaging. Returns are accepted according to vendor discretion for reasons other than damage and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, if eligible for return. We issue a credit upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less any applicable restocking fee, return shipping costs, and ship costs included in the product price like “Free” Shipping. If exchanging for another item of same or greater value, the restocking fee may be waived. Products that were made to order, assembled, modified or excluded for return by manufacturers cannot be returned. Our Customer Service department will be pleased to assist you with questions about returning or exchanging this product.
